Belong is reinventing the rental experience for homeowners and residents through technology, end-to-end support, and a people-first approach. As part of our Tour & Inspections Operations team, you will play a key role in shaping how prospective residents experience our homes for the first time.
About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-obsessed Tour & Inspections Coordinators to join our Tour Ops team. This role is responsible for scheduling and managing home tours across assigned markets, ensuring a seamless experience for potential residents and internal tour hosts. You will handle a variety of tour and inspection types — including Open Home, Private, and Occupied Tours — and coordinate inspection coverage in partnership with 1099 contractors and third-party vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage all tours and inspections scheduling operations in designated U.S. markets
- Monitor new listings and ensure Open Home tours are scheduled within 2 days of publication
- Coordinate multiple types of tours & Inspections (Open Home, Private, Occupied, and Virtual) while aligning with peak time windows and lead preferences
- Manually add and invite leads from various platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, Zumper, etc.) to scheduled tours & Inspections
- Collaborate with internal and external tour & Inspections hosts, ensuring they have full tour context and access instructions
- Capture and manage potential resident attendance and interest data from each tour
- Ensure accurate and timely tour follow-ups by triggering internal support tickets
- React promptly to tour feedback and report urgent issues on Slack for resolution
- Schedule inspections through an automated bidding system (1099 tour hosts, Showami, or Inspectify)
- Maintain strong adherence to SLAs, with quick lead response and tour resolution timelines

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, scheduling, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar-based task management
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with real estate platforms (Zillow, Showami, Apartments.com)
- Prior experience with property management or scheduling field service teams
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
