Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy to position the company as a leading crypto exchange.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee brand strategy to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all markets and channels.
Growth & Acquisition
- Lead user acquisition efforts through performance marketing, strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase trading volume, liquidity, and user engagement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing ROI and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
Community & Ecosystem Development
- Drive global community-building initiatives across online platforms (Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter) and offline events (meetups, conferences).
- Partner with product, business development, and ecosystem teams to execute co-marketing campaigns and foster ecosystem growth.
- Monitor community sentiment and serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Team Management
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, including specialists in digital marketing, content, branding, community, and partnerships.
- Cultivate a data-driven, innovative, and collaborative team culture.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of full stack marketing experience in crypto, fintech, financial services or internet companies.
- Strong understanding of local crypto markets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystem.
- Proven track record of driving user growth, brand development, and global marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading large-scale digital acquisition, performance marketing, and community engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Prior experience at a crypto exchange, wallet, DeFi platform, or Web3 company.
- Strong industry network across media, KOLs, and crypto communities.
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations in different markets (AML/KYC, advertising restrictions, etc.).
- Bilingual English/local language is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
