# Role Description As a Software Engineer on the Connectors Platform team at Dash, you’ll help build the data ingestion platform that powers Dropbox’s AI-driven products - designed to handle and process massive volumes of data with reliability, security, and scalability at its core. The Connectors Platform serves as the backbone for integrating our AI capabilities with hundreds of third-party applications. # Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions for AI-powered applications. - Strong expertise in backend development technologies such as Golang and Python. - Extensive experience working with large-scale distributed systems. - Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user requirements into effective technical solutions. - Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. # Preferred Qualifications - BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience. - Experience with building third party app integrations. - Working experience in frontend frameworks like React. - Excited about building 0→1. Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting in direction. - Not satisfied with status quo. Great at finding problems and addressing them proactively. # Compensation Dropbox applies increased tax deductible costs to remuneration earned by certain qualifying employees (to the extent an employee will be involved in the creation of the software as an “author”) for the transfer of copyrights, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act. Poland Pay Range: 314 500 zł - 425 500 zł PLN
