
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including market makers, quantitative funds, research firms, and brokerages, driving their onboarding, trading activity, and long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with company goals to achieve business targets (trading volume, client activity, asset inflows, etc.).
Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver on institutional client needs, such as fee structures, API connectivity, dedicated liquidity, sub-account management, and risk solutions.
Monitor industry and competitor trends, providing insights and recommendations for business development and strategy optimization.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, risk, and technology teams to shape business policies, design campaigns, and resolve key client issues.
Represent the company at industry conferences, roadshows, and client events to enhance visibility and institutional engagement.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in business development or institutional sales within blockchain, financial exchanges, brokerages, or quantitative funds. Existing institutional client resources are a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of the crypto/financial markets, with familiarity in derivatives (futures, options), market making, and API trading models.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with a collaborative and client-first approach.
Fluency in English for professional use. Additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Russian are an advantage.
Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful track record in acquiring or managing top-tier market makers, funds, or brokerages.
Familiarity with institutional trading solutions such as sub-accounts, preferential fee structures, and dedicated account managers.
International background or overseas work experience.
